Biography

Graduated in Law at the University of Parma.

Lawyer since 2004, enrolled in the Special Register for Legal Aid before the Supreme Court and other Superior Jurisdictions.

He obtained his Diplôme d’études approfondies en droit européen at the University of Liège, Belgium.

Partner since 2008 of the firm Legale Bassi & Terzi, now Legal Twelve Avvocati Associati,

he has been Italian Representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of the United Arab Emirates since 2016.

Member of the Reggio Emilia Chamber of Arbitration.

Professional focus

He is an expert in International Law, Commercial Law, Banking and Financial Law, Real Estate Law, Arbitration.

He also deals with Sports Law, Bankruptcy Law and Administrative Law for disputes concerning public procurement, building and urban planning and the environment.
