Graduated in Law at the University of Parma.

Lawyer since 2004, enrolled in the Special Register for Legal Aid before the Supreme Court and other Superior Jurisdictions.

He obtained his Diplôme d’études approfondies en droit européen at the University of Liège, Belgium.

Partner since 2008 of the firm Legale Bassi & Terzi, now Legal Twelve Avvocati Associati,

Member of the Reggio Emilia Chamber of Arbitration.

Italian Representative of the Italian Commerce Chamber in the United Arab Emirates from 2016 to 2023.
